Booking's over 10 people must pre order in advance

Advance booking is essential and all redemptions are subject to availability. Please quote your voucher number when booking and present the voucher on arrival.

Experience vouchers are valid for the experience and number of guests stated at the time of purchase.

Overnight stay vouchers are valid for the room type and package stated at the time of purchase, for two people sharing, and are subject to availability at the time of booking. We recommend booking as far in advance as possible, particularly for weekends and peak periods. Availability cannot be guaranteed on any specific date. Where the room type booked is unavailable, an alternative may be offered at our discretion. Should you wish to upgrade your room, extend your stay, or add any extras, the difference will be payable on departure.

Monetary vouchers may be redeemed against food and drink only, and may be used across more than one visit. Where the full value is not used in a single transaction, the remaining balance will be retained against the voucher for future use within the validity period.

Cancellations and amendments to a confirmed booking must be made in line with our standard booking policy. Failure to attend a confirmed booking without notice will be treated as a redemption and the voucher will be considered used.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount.

Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.

Expired vouchers cannot be extended or refunded, and lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

Vouchers are redeemable at The Riverside House Hotel only.

Excluded dates apply to accommodation and experience vouchers, including but not limited to Christmas, New Year, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, bank holiday weekends, and special event days. Excluded dates may change without prior notice.

The Riverside House Hotel reserves the right to amend these terms or withdraw a voucher offering at any time.
